What Summit Equity Partners Inc. collects through reverse-mortgage-estimate.com, who receives it and how to have it deleted.
In brief
No name, email or ZIP code is needed to use the estimate, and all results stay on your device. Personal details come to us only through the quote form or a call to the site's number, and we share them only with the reverse mortgage lenders or brokers quoting your home. There are no cookies, no ad trackers and no scripts from other companies.
Data we collect, and when

Who gets your details?
- For each request, up to three reverse mortgage lenders or brokers who are licensed where you live may contact you with a quote. Their own privacy notices govern how they treat your details.
- Service providers that do the hosting, call routing, recording and request storage for us may only use that data for those tasks.
- Government bodies, if the law demands it.
We do not sell lists, we don't show ads, and no other company is allowed to track you on the site.
How long do we keep data?
We hold quote requests and call records for at most 24 months before they're deleted, unless you ask for earlier removal. Events from the pages are stored without any names attached.
Rights you hold
No matter your location, you may ask to see, fix, delete or stop the sharing of your details. These rights belong to you by law if you're a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas or another state with privacy laws. They include saying no to any sale or sharing of your personal data and not being treated differently when you use your rights. To reach us, use questions@reverse-mortgage-estimate.com. Expect an answer within 45 days, and we might ask you to verify the email or phone number you gave. Someone you authorize in writing can make a request on your behalf. Children
This site is meant for homeowners and their families. We don't collect details from anyone we know is under 16.
